The Landhaus is situated on a south slope in the unique landscape of the Zeller See and the Kitzsteinhorn. Both in summer and in winter this area offers a wide range of options for an enjoyable holiday.

Peace and relaxation

The apartments and guesthouse rooms of Landhaus Kitzblick are luxuriously furnished, and all have a patio or a balcony. The rooms and the cosy breakfast room offer a fascinating view of the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sunny patio or by the pool. In winter you can relax in our sauna.

New: Tauern Spa Kaprun open from November 2010!

Nearby our house will be opened in November 2010 a huge wellnesscenter. With an indoor and outdoor waterworld, waterfalls and caves, indoor pool, glazed outdoor pool, panoramic saunas, finnish sauna, herbal sauna, bio sauna, aroma steam bath, and spacious relaxation areas.

And there are also 17 rooms for pampering body and facial treatments such as beauty treatments, traditional massage, massage with herbs, wrap packages, and nourishing bath.

Skiing

Some of the best skiing areas are close at hand, such as the Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See), the Maiskogel and the Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun). Snow is guaranteed throughout the year: even in summer you can ski on the glacier of Kaprun. The ski bus stop is within walking distance (300 m) from our house; the bus runs every 15 minutes.
